Collaborate live
Share a board with your team and work on it together, with everyone's cursors on screen.
How to
- Open a board and click Collaborate at the top right.
- Click Start collaborating. The board is now a live board.
- Invite people by email as editors or view-only. Everyone's changes appear as they happen.
Tips
- Hosting a live board needs DarkRef Pro. The people you invite can join and view for free. Editing a live board needs DarkRef Pro too.
- A live board uses its owner's cloud storage, never the storage of the people invited.
- Save a local copy, in the Collaborate panel, keeps your own copy of a live board.
- Customise Your Cursor, in the Collaborate panel, changes the shape and colour of your cursor for everyone on the board.
