Select and group
Pick out several things at once, and group them so they move together.
How to
- Click to select. Shift-click or Ctrl-click to add more.
- Press G, or click Group in the toolbar, to group what you've selected. A dashed frame appears around the group.
- Drag the group's frame to move everything in it together. Select the group and press G again to ungroup.
Tips
- Drag a box across empty space to select everything it touches.
- Ctrl+A (⌘A on a Mac) selects everything. Esc clears the selection, and Delete or Backspace removes it.
- On a touch screen, turn on Multi-Select Mode in the toolbar so each tap adds to the selection.
